Puppy Deposit Agreement
This agreement aims to prevent any dissatisfaction among buyers.
We have established straightforward guidelines regarding deposits. Prior to submitting a deposit, we urge you to carefully review the following and seek clarification on any points you may not fully understand.
To safeguard both the new owners and ourselves in the puppy sale process, we require a non-refundable $500 deposit. By placing a deposit, you secure the puppy of your choice for purchase.
Your prompt deposit ensures the reservation of your selected puppy from our available litter. This deposit serves as a guarantee that the puppy will not be sold to another buyer. If you're not entirely confident about proceeding with a deposit, or if your current housing situation for welcoming a puppy is uncertain, we recommend waiting until circumstances are more favorable. This approach is in the best interest of both you and the puppy.
Upon clearance of your deposit, the puppy will be marked as reserved, sold, or removed from other buyers' access. The remaining balance is due on pick up, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon. Refunds are not provided unless the puppy fails its veterinary inspection at six weeks, which is non-negotiable.
